Took DEN - LAX last monday, flight was delayed for 2.5 hours until 9.20pm. AC was supposed to close at 7.15pm but remained open until all passengers left to board.

The staff were wonderful and stayed with us even though one of them had a personal dinner that evening.

Great customer service that AA should be proud of.
