LHR-OPO on 7 Jul. Checked two bags at T3 3 hours prior to departure. one of the two bags arrived at OPO. Filed a claim with GroundForce OPO. 72 hours later and no bag/update. Been in constant communication with BA and Groundforce. Still nothing. I'll be returning to London in a couple of days. Would T3 staff allow me to search for my bag amongst the thousands that are there? I'd like to at least have my bag in hand before returning home and really don't mind spending a few hours at LHR looking for my bag for piece of mind.
