This is a fairly basic question, as I'm still relatively new to the SQ's award travel. I have 55k worth of Kris points and want to use them to book a domestic ticket on UA. I looked online at UA, there is definitely award space, but when I go to look for the same flight on SQ, nothing shows in either the SQ tab or the *A tab. I've read on TPG that SQ's sight can be glitchy and not list all award flights, but before calling and waiting on hold for hours, I'd like to know if I'm understanding the situation correctly. Any help most appreciated.
