The site is still as bad as it gets. My sister in South Africa landed up deeply frustrated by it all. At 71, her arthritis complained strongly about trying to navigate ‘the loop’ and the timing given to be able to speak to a human showed up as being EST. Not very helpful, and she passed the rebooking to me.
I was interested as we also have a voucher from VS to use. I soon found that the Bot had difficulty in understanding. It asks questions that are not clearly defined. If you have a voucher is this a rebooking or a new booking? The bot was also very slow to respond on Sunday evening.
Also, do not try and use anything other than Msoft EDGE to access the site, they have not made it compatible with Firefox. I tried again before posting this and some pages worked and some did not. (I have a fully legit and up to fate Win10 and up to date Firefox)

For Flying Club, the top of the page still reads ‘Login’ even when you are already logged in. That is a real beginners fault and simple to resolve but, as it is never resolved, I presume they are beginners.
It is still the case that the question ‘use a voucher or book with voucher leads to them assuming you have a booking for which you WANT a voucher. My thanks to the folks here and I shall try the site again in the morning.
