- seriously the problem is QR IT cannot link the 2 accounts BA/QR for her (mine worked fine) and so we are stuck in limbo

My suggestion is try it with 1k points on BA and see what happens. I would love to do it but no love from QR IT and to fix it takes 4 calls - you are assured things are ok, and will be fine in 24 hrs then it does not work
