What is the best way for me to contact DL to work toward a solution? I am somewhat skeptical to initiate this through FB Messenger or Apple iM.
Does it perhaps say reprocessing? When ticket is reissued it needs to reprocessing all segments (including previously posted segments).
This can be 24hrs-1 week long.
How was each segment marketed? For DL marketed what was fare class?
