There are a number of showers in the bathrooms. Food is reasonable with a self service buffet and self pour drinks. Not too busy in here either right now but there are a number of international KQ flights and AF to CDG leaving around the same time as BA so that might change.
Yes 11pm-12pm is an extremely busy time at NBO with various KQ flights to AMS, CDG, JFK and also KL and AF flights
