Quickly - the Max9 and 753 domestic F seats are the same. Neither has seatback entertainment. Streaming on demand options via Wi-Fi are available on both from a selection of curated title.

You've already heard the benefits of 1A/1B on the 753. Also the benefits of the more private cabin with less foot traffic back and forth from people in Economy.

If you don't value those and the flight schedule for the Max is better then take the Max.
