Currently sitting in the very pleasant Kenya Airways lounge in NBO before our flight back to LHR. Was expecting to be directed to TK but it seems BA are using this lounge for now. It is opposite gate 17.

There are a number of showers in the bathrooms. Food is reasonable with a self service buffet and self pour drinks. Not too busy in here either right now but there are a number of international KQ flights and AF to CDG leaving around the same time as BA so that might change.
