Oh goodness - I mean this in the best way - since most of your posts, advice and longstanding knowledge and AC tools are usually more informative and helpful.
But when I said "booked" what I meant (and what most folks understand) is that I was recognized as a passenger who "would have" paid for Latitude and got Latitude benefits.

To make you happy: "I was incorrect in the words I used dear FT community. My award ticket was not *booked* into a fare bucket recognized as what AC would identify as legitimate Latitude. However due to some odd reason (which remains cryptic and secretive and cannot be revealed by those who know) - I received Latitude benefits undeservedly. I apologize to all those who have paid and "booked" Latitude rightfully for the fact I received these benefits. I should have been "classified" into an inferior category while traveling on AC"

The point: I traveled on a *A award ticket, I should have only been afforded the lowest of benefits, but instead I got all Latitude level benefits. And while on this award ticket, I did in fact receive a free Bistro Box consistent with Latitude level bennies which I did not explicitly book, pay, or ask for and in addition there was no meal icon printed on my BP indicating that I should deserve this either. However FA did seek me out as I was listed on the printed pre-paid meal list.
