Does anyone know the best way to get a flight delay certificate from Lufthansa?

I finally got home to Asia after being almost stuck in Frankfurt Airport at midnight after the delay of a Lufthansa flight. Since there were limited staff at the time I did not get documentation of the delay while in the airport. I don't have high hopes trying to contact them through the website or phone given all the delays with Lufthansa recently. An airport staffer told me the delays were happening every night. My German friends are not big fans of Lufthansa!

Is there a special page on their website where you can get the flight delay certificate? Or do you have to send a general request on their website and hope for the best (in other words, pray, perhaps to more than one deity)?
