ZRH-XXX on Helvetic is a Swiss flight and should be catered based on LX rules. Not knowing where you are flying hard to predict if there will be a hot meal; for an E190 flight I kind of doubt it.
XXX? That is not an IATA code. If the flight outside of ZRH on Helvetic is for an hour, then you will get cold cuts like I described. Not sure if they have ovens on E190 to reheat the food, so maybe no hot food. But you will be able to get hot food in the Concourse A Senator Swiss lounge or the Alpine Lounge. I would suggest you visit the Alpine lounge - I liked it a lot and more than the Senator Lounge (dod both on the same layover).
