I do not have any information how Edelweiss is in business, but I can comment how Helvetic E190 is in business: you will get cold cuts and some other side dishes and desert for your food, and they will have wine, spirits and champagne/sparkling from the trolley, even if the flight is short like 1h like to Venice. If you fly domestic Helvetic within Switzerland, this info does not count and I cannot help. Can you elaborate on your Helvetic flight? From where to where is it?
