You're not going to get anywhere near IB+ status with one return from South America to Europe, but it's the safest way to earn Avios. No idea about LATAM Pass.
Thanks for that. I have looked carefully at that able, and I do not see that it suggests anywhere that my flights would not earn tier points. In fact, in the Iberia section of the table, it says that the only flights excluded are the ones marketed as Iberia and operated by Level. It does not mention the ones marketed by Iberia and operated by LATAM. Based on the information in that webpage, one can only deduce that my Iberia-marketed and LATAM-operated flights do earn avíos + tier points. Those flights are in IB fare bucket I, which according to the table earns 150% avios points. Fare bucket I doesn't even show in the LATAM section of the table, so I assume the IB section is the relevant one.
