Every time I see a request like this - and I see it a lot on FT..... Wanting phone numbers for Baggage offices, Sky Clubs, Station Managers, Car Rental counters, etc etc. - I find myself wondering "What, exactly, do you plan to *do* with that information? I get that you are frustrated; nobody *wants* their bags to lost or delayed, but presumably you have started to official process already, and reported the issue via whatever system is in place. Now you feel like they are not responding, or not responding fast enough, or just not *doing* enough. So you want to speak to a human so that you can make your case.

Apparently they don't understand how urgent *your* particular need is, but once you explain it to them, they'll get right on it?

[Scene opens on two baggage agents sitting in a dark warehouse. A dim lamp hangs above a pile of unclaimed luggage, which the agents are currently using for a poker table]
[A loud DING! is heard from off stage]

"What was that, Ralph?" says Joe, the agent to the audience's left
"Don't worry about it" replies Ralph. "it's just the notification that someone submitted a missing baggage claim online"
"Aren't you going to do something about it?" Joe asks, "go read the email, maybe have a look around for the missing stuff?"
"Nah. Too much work to just run around willy-nilly trying to match lost luggage up with its owners. They'll call and berate me if it's important enough. I'll start looking a couple of days after that."

[Scene closes as Ralph draws into an inside straight and takes the last of Joe's lunch money.....]
