Anyone know the email or how to get email to this property? I'd like to ask them if I use point redemption and I'm Plat so should get breakfast, what do they charge to get dinner or L/D add-on.

Redemption for 5 nights is 45k points, or pay $81/d incl breakfast; or anyone can pay $126 get Half board (Breakfast/Dinner) or $181 full board;

However, it is secluded, Soma Bay is not really Hurghada. I forgot how long the car transfer from Hurghada was but it's not nearby. There are no shops or restaurants within the "domain". Just the hotel facilities. There about 5 or 6 hotels there I believe?
The room (suite) was big and comfortable but very out dated. The look and feel is very..... old school. And judging by the latest pictures on TA, they haven't renovated them. Wifi was also an issue, you had to ask for a wireless router at front desk, they would come install it in your room, plug it into the RJ45 at the desk and then you'd have Wifi. Maybe this has changed?
The views were really nice. I was a Gold back then and was upgraded to a Standard Suite from a Classic King.
I really just used this hotel as a stop-over on my way from Hurghada to Marsa Alam. Then did the same on the way back, at the Kempinski. It was so cheap back then, 76 EUR per night.
The local house reef is nice (picture attache taken from snorkeling), lots to see even if you just snorkel. I did 2 dives nearby, at the Orca Club.
I'd still go back if I headed back there, with a slight preference for the Kempinski though, which is a bit more modern.

Customer service was great, so friendly and willing to help. They contact you prior your arrival to offer all kinds of upgrades, transfer services, activities, etc. Proactive, friendly, not pushy.
Nice pics. I'll be contacting Orca Club, heard it's a good dive op.
