When I connected through LHR on Tuesday (7/5) I honestly think if my flight wasn't delayed my checked bag may not have made it to the plane. I was in the Concorde Room and my AirTag consistently showed my bag directly below me and even after boarding it showed it was below the Concorde Room. It wasn't until my flight was almost ready to push-back did the bag show that it was on the plane. I believe I even heard one of the FAs say they were waiting for a couple of checked bag and a couple of passengers. So whether that was really the case or not, my bag did make it thankfully.
