Four by your method for mainline, plus UX F is another recliner
Domestic F recliners including all 737s, all A3xx, 753s (best not to call it 757 as there are multiple different 757s)
and three types of lie-flats
o Polaris seat, the majority and only aircraft with PremPlus (but some 763s do not have PP)
o IPTE -- the 772 in 2-4-2 configure with reverse facing seats (these were pmUA)
o Diamond -- the 752s in 2-2, 764s 2-1-2, (these were pmCO) and a few 789s (diamond seats committed too as part of purchase)
And yes lie-flats are "better" than recliner but shorter, non-premium flights, under 6 hours, that is what is used
