AS runs an automated sweep multiple times during the week to refresh reservations with respect to updated elite status. I imagine this applies to elite status held by a third party FF #. If so, you just have to wait for AS to run the sweep and then refresh your page or app. Otherwise, if you cancel and rebook your itinerary, your current OW-E status should be immediately reflected.
