Are you an AS elite or did you achieve the new status with another airline? My experience with achieving status with AS is that the new milestones post pretty much instantly. If you're elite with another airline, the AS system might need to wait for an update from the other airline. That being said, if this for a reservation you already booked and you're looking in the app, it could possibly help if you log out and log back in again. Maybe someone else can chime in with something more definitive.
