You should be OK.
Yesterday, I made the T3 to T5 connection (arriving from Oslo and connecting to Newcastle) within 30 mins. After disembarking from the plane at T3, follow the purple line (Flight Connections) all the way through to the free bus transfer to T5 (runs every 10 mins), then on to security at T5. Nothing to worry about. Plenty of time.
