People who work at AA are consistently pretty nice, in my view.
Nothing tops the handwritten thank-you letters (one with a gift bag) that I've gotten on Amtrak and Delta, but AA staff manages to stay professional and positive more than I do.
I’ve never gotten the letters on neither DL nor Amtrak, but have received a few on AA, which is always a nice touch. One FA was so savvy as to add his ID # should folks want to message in about the service. A bit presumptuous, but the service was quite good and kudos for banking on good commentary.
I’ll usually tweet in or call the Exec Liaison line when receiving great service. I’m told it goes to the FA management team.
