Currently:
Earn 75,000 Avios after you spend $5,000 on purchases within the first 3 months of account opening. Earn an additional 25,000 Avios after spending $20,000 within the first 12 months of account opening

..but why would that matter if you applied when it was 100k points on $5k spend?
