Really good reservations service on Sunday--had booked a BOS-EWR for me and my husband (AA codeshare of JetBlue), but needed to apply a flight credit. It insisted I had to call in, for which I girded my loins and, to my surprise, was picked up within 15 secs and the agent quickly understood what I needed, walked me through holding the reservation to generate the PNR then split the PNR to apply the credit---total elapsed time was 10 minutes. Wonderful service!
