Since you get discount den for free, consider whether the pain of getting to the airport counter is worth whatever the expected price difference is. The CIC you save by booking at the counter is typically $23 per segment, unless it's a deep discount fare. So on a direct RT for a family of four you will save $184. Note that you cannot purchase discount den tickets at the airport, nor the Works. That said, I book at the counter whenever I can.
