Yesterday I got a confirmation for JFK-ZRH-DUS instead, which is also ok. But this morning I found out that this booking disappeared and HON service has tried to call me while in the US during the (here) night. After calling back now the ZRH connection is again active and I hope LX will finally reissue my ticket.
My impression is that everybody is too stressed in this general chaos and then things happen like this.
