I would think they could figure out a way to get showers into the rotunda club. The T3-F renovation is more than just a remodel – it's also supposed to include an expansion in between former Gates 72-75 and the hall with the bouncy walkways on the way to the rotunda. That could free up more space for the UA Club to expand.

Other options would be to put them in the G lounge, where they used to be when it was an IFL lounge. Also, with UA getting gates in T2 and AS eventually moving to T1, perhaps UA would consider opening a new club in there.
