What was the final destination in your luggage receipt when you checked in at BER? Was it FRA or SIN?
You also mentioned that SATS at Changi to you that your luggage was not in SQ's system. Did you get any Property Irregularity Report at Changi?

Have you tried LH contact form or any of their contact numbers? I never contacted them before so I'm not sure what is the easiest way to get hold of someone. Personally I think it's a better use of your time to contact LH instead of SQ.
