Never ran into this issue before and wanted to know if it's glitch or if there's a work around. FlyingBlue is showing availability on several of the routes I've searched but don't have their currency to attempt to proceed. For what its worth, I've tried several domestic routes in economy and lower class and all show availability but I get the error above when trying to proceed.
I'm getting the same! Except it's #100800_SMA , but it's the same result. It seems to be an internal error that they won't address individually. I entered the same preferences, but sometimes the form entry options appeared differently; show points, then points or price, then points and price, then points and price directed to member login or sign up. It made no difference, as soon as I click to search flight options it would default to the support page
