Nothing makes me chuckle more than seeing a thread titled "AA compliments" and replies are 0



I've had good experiences and note them when I do. It's so hit or miss though and consistency is not one of AA's strongholds.

Just Sunday flying in 8F from TPA the f/a out of nowhere said to me thank you for being an exp. I thought that was a nice touch and forgot AA does this sometimes and acknowledges us. By saying such, she really means as she smiles at me is "we know you're upset you didn't get upgraded, so enjoy that bulkhead".
