Thank you for the advice. I ended up cancelling all the trip with LO, and booked with TK instead. No luck with WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger. Given nobody really works in Sweden in July, and the SAS strike, I did not think I would get it resolved promptly with Konsumentverket.

I will try to avoid LO in the future due to its poor customer service over the phone, and mostly importantly non-functioning website to rebook or refund automatically (they were referring to an online form with no indicated timeline).

What puzzles me the most is how LO could suspend the GOT-WAW altogether during the peak summer time.
