Compliment: Flight attendants are pretty consistently very nice and professional. How do they stay so positive?
Action Taken: I've contacted AA via Twitter with flight numbers and descriptions of FAs, with praise.

Compliment: Admirals Club staff members are also pretty consistently very nice and professional, particularly at DCA and CLT.
Action Taken: I've contacted AA via Twitter a few times recently to share specific names and praise.

Compliment: I particularly like the barbeque in Admirals Clubs.
Action Taken: None, other than enjoying a free lunch!
