It’s for flights within the US as well.

I’m just wondering if clearing happens as it says no matter what communicable disease might put the person on the list - measles, TB, COVID, monkeypox, etc.

I’ll know from one person soon enough, but was hoping someone here might have had experience.
For flights, DHS/TSA administers the PH DNB list, but the PH Lookout list is administered by DHS/CBP.

The clearing from those lists depends in large part based on what is done (and when) by the authority that reported the person to get them listed for PH DNB list and PH Lookout list placement. There is no guaranteed two weeks and it’s definitely gone thing for at least some things. But if the doctor’s letter for say a cleared TB case makes its way, then they do seem to have their act together mostly.

When the person is removed from these blacklists, CDC should be sending a notification letter to the person that they are removed from those.

Sounds like the person already is expecting to find out based on how soon that notification of removal (from the lists) letter comes in. Is that right?
