Don't forget MH. Great connections to HKT/BKK (Phuket not sure great on way back, but I'd rather have a few hours in KL than HKG Airport), 2 consistent flights a day to LHR, and an economy comfort section with extra legroom (not technically PE). KUL is just as close to HKT as BKK as well.
