DOH -KUL was cancelled. I assume the cancelled flight was operated by QR but sold/marketed by MAS/MH.

The only chance is to go the airport (AMS) for check-in and talk to QR. If QR AMS is not prepared to help, I suggest to travel to DOH and let QR deal with it there.
If the cancelled flight was operated by MAS/MH you would need to talk to MH at DOH.
