It was the maiden voyage for my Meatr toy(which I had never heard of until Boxo mentioned it) and I admit that I was afraid to trust it. But it was right on with the temp. My complaint is that the range for the thing is ridiculous. I can barely step away. Of course they will sell you range upgrades but the thing was not cheap and I refuse to pay more for what should have been already there.
Steak was delicious.
