So...a slightly different twist/question. Arriving late at night in Manila and staying at either the Hilton or Marriot and then flying out the next morning domestically. Basically, in transit with a long layover. I'm assuming I can leave the airport and then come back without a visa. What Covid protocols do I need to be aware of ?
