On my Club flight the other day, they started at the front and worked back. On the flight back, they started at the rear and worked forward which completely threw me as I was in 1A.
I asked why they started from the rear. And they said sometimes they do that to mix it up and give the people at the rear an opportunity, but it was crew policy.
