OK. So this is a MH (Malaysian Airlines) ticket and you need to call MH to get rebooked. QR customer service will not be able to assist as it is not their ticket. It also means that getting assistance at AMS can be more difficult, because the QR staff there may try to convince you to call MH. BUT in this situation you insist that it is QR that operates the flight DOH-KUL and QR has cancelled the flight and needs to resolve the situation. Ultimatively, you can be forced to travel to DOH and let the staff there deal with it, if the staff at AMS refuses to help you.
Don't be too concerned; I believe this can be resolved. You just need to talk to the right persons.
