Day 8.
Received an email this morning asking for more info on what's inside the bags in order to help them.
I have already given this info.
Sounds like the emails that I got from HMPO in Liverpool when I renewed my children's passports & it was obvious that they were using it as excuse as the information required was not needed for a renewal, I sent it anyway rather than argue the toss & give them more excuses.
