IIRC most of these places (dim sum HK BBQ Master does not serve dim sum of any sorts) don't open before 10 (usually H.K. hours, 10-22) so either be there at the crack of, or find something/place else. it may not give you enough time to clear security and U.S. entry (and you'll have to eat your meats before this). HK BBQ Master is also closed 1 day a week (either Tu or We, usually the day I am passing through). Been caught out enough that I've had to resort to making my own BBQ and roast porks.
Just checked. HK BBQ Master is closed on Wednesdays.
