Did you have specific plans for Dim Sum? If not I recommend HK BBQ Master, 4651 No. 3 Rd, Richmond, BC V6X 2C4. It's 10 minutes from the airport, and you could grab it to go if you were running late. I think it might be cash only though, if you wouldn't otherwise be carrying Canadian money.
