Unfortunately LO don’t respect EC261. Their rebooking policies are completely illegal, generally more illegal than others, by refusing route changes when the route is suspended, limited free rebookings without a fare difference to only 30 days and forcing pax on suspended routes to fly within 30 days of route recommencement. LO also opted out of ADR.

They know that being based in Poland the regulatory enforcement is minimal and they can get away with whatever they like.

However in your case surely it’s good news, with your ex-GOT ticket. I would have thought that Sweden would have a good regulator for air passengers rights, so maybe direct your concerns there?
