Them, and people who call friends/family just to talk, and not for anything urgent, while in the Admirals Club. It makes sense to want to use some downtime to connect with loved ones, and it's great to want to check in with people, but while you're in the middle of the Admirals Club, or at the departure gate? Some things are best left to when you're in your own home or other private area.
