Is it possible to rebook and get the price difference in a flight credit? I know I won't get a refund because the tickets are non refundable. If it is possible can you advice me on the process rebooking? Would I need to cancel my original reservation and repurchase?
Yes you can. Whenever I've done it, I've just gone to "Change Trip" under "Manage Booking" and searched the exact same days, found the flights I'm on and re-selected them. You'll have to choose different seats but you can change back as soon as it's re-ticketed.
