I have been a loyal customer for over 15 years and I am wondering how many other points am I owed? It shoudl be a simple plus and minus. I spent 40 minutes on the phone with a member of the Rewards team the other week getting absolutely nowhere because their site showed a refund that never actually showed up, and on another refund took away Travel Bank weeks after it was deposited and converted into WSD.
The latter was eventually acknowledged and corrected, the former not, and it was easier to give up on it. A major issue is the fact they can't seem to see an account balance after each transaction, like a bank statement would show.
Basically have come to the conclusion that collecting WSD is truly not worth the hassle anymore.
