No. DL standardized fare classes a few year ago.. Helps prevent issue when agents need to rebook and OAL incorrectly thinking passenger was international first class.

Basically even on domestic flight, it must be marketed as D1 to get lounge access. JFK-LAX/SFO, ATL/MSP/SLC-HNL/OGG, and depending on time of year, some other cities. (JFK-SEA/LAS/SAN frequently get upgraded when there's aircraft slack)
