It seems from other threads that BAH Bremen have dropped the first leg without re-pricing but people posting were starting from AMS or CDG so within the 300 gateway limit.

As things stand unless BAH agree to drop the first leg I will need to continue as planned and travel to Oslo the day before so I can depart from Oslo if/when I can.
