BAH will not allow you to drop the segment and start in London as you have a European booked holiday priced in Euros... They will pretty much allow any other starter city in “Europe” so find what works easiest - I presume you are starting in London so maybe AMS / MAD May be a better option with frequencies.
The holiday was priced/paid for in NOK but I assume the same applies. AMS looks a possibility as there is reward flight availability on 18 July.
