6 days and waiting , BA website totally useless and doesnt recognise my email despite them emailing me a conformation they have not a clue where my luggage is, world tracker doesnt recognise the BA ref numbers and was told today that one of my bags arrived at my final destination 5 days ago but they wont send it to me until the 2nd one turns up to avoid 2 courier runs. You just cant make this crap up.
